"User" relates to people accessing this website.
"Personal Information" is all information contained on the user creation form.
"Animal information" is all information contained on the New Advertisement  screen.

The information stored via this website is broken into 2 categories:
1) Personal user information that can be accessed (at your discretion) by other users of the website, and
2) Information relating to animals people have for sale.

Both types of information are held in a secure database able to be accessed only via the site administrator.  This information is not able to be accessed via any 3rd party.

The only method by which a 3rd party can gain access to personal information held on this site is to create a user profile, search for animals for sale, and view the sellers information.  The site operator WILL NOT MAKE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, BY SALE, OR OTHER, ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION HELD BY THIS SITE.

As development time permits, a user option will be added to allow users to include their advertisements (animal information only) on publicly available sources.  This service will be provided free of charge, and of course is at the Users discretion.

There is only one condition of this site, and that is I reserve the right to send an individual email to your email address to notify you of any errors to ads or your personal information, or to inform you of updates etc to this site. (Very seldom will I bother though :)

On a personal note:  I have created this site as a fellow herper, with an interest in providing an easy to use interface in the world of selling/buying reptiles.  I will never betray the users of this site by selling off, or misusing the information contained on this site.
